 Here are some shelf sitters that I had  recently completed.

Prim Doll Vacuum Cover

 

This is a primitive folk art doll cover for your vacuum that I have created from cloth and then painted. She fits over some upright cleaners. She is 58 inches high. Her hair is wool that I have needle felted in the front. Her head wrap is tied at the top and sewn in place. I have added a little extra poly fill to the head wrap to make it look fuller. Her dress is made for her and is removeable. Her fingers are painted to detail.

Some of the materials that I use are both vintage and new. I prefer to sometime leave unsewn edges on my dolls outfits to enhance the primitive look of worn and loved clothing. She can also be displayed sitting in a chair or she can be placed over a large tomato cage with the spiked tops taped together.
